For the past quarter century I’ve launched brands that went on to become household names.  I was the first to get the public to switch utilities.  I’ve advertised just about everything in an Irish kitchen, from bacon to booze, vegetables and chocolate.  Services.  Utilities. Supermarkets.  Mobiles.  Landlines. I like honest, smart, memorable stuff that works, probably why I’m the only creative to have ever won two ADFX Grand Prix awards.  And I’ve won a “People’s Choice” Radio award in Poland for a Shell campaign, which proves the right idea can travel.

Yeah, well I've got (some) hair. I've also been involved in the advertising business for that length of time, During which I've worked on everything from alcohol advertising to ethical medicines - or from Amstel to Zantac. I've relaunched Ireland's oldest and subsequently newest telecoms company. I've won a good bit for the Lottery, but never won the Lotto. I know we're in the business of selling your stuff - that could be a thought or an idea but it's most likely a product or brand - and not in the business of gathering shiny objects for our mantlepiece. Though I have gathered many shiny objects. And while I may not have two ADFX Grand Prix to my name I've plenty of other coloured ones - and Ireland's first TV Epica knocking around somewhere.
